The NBA with 11 games on tap on Wednesday night. I went 14-5 on Tuesday night. My record so far this season for players’ props is 82-67. Tuesday was one of my better gambling segments of the year so far in the NBA regular season. I will choose from five games tonight. What are the best bets for Wednesday’s NBA action?
Game 1: POR vs CLE: Damian Lillard: Under 38.5 PTS+REBS+ASTS: The under here is -115 and the over here is -115 on BETUS. The Cleveland Cavaliers’ defense has been much better this season. Damian Lillard also has his hot and cold spells.
Damian Lillard: Under 3.5 3’s: The under here is -105 money line and the over money line is -125. The Cleveland Cavaliers give up the fifth-fewest three’s in the NBA at 11 per game.
C.J. McCollum: Over 21.5 PTS: The over money line here is -125 and the under money line here on BETUS is -105. I think Damian Lillard is going to struggle to score tonight and I think McCollum will reach over this mark.
Collin Sexton: Over 24.5 PTS+ASTS: The money line for the over on BETUS is -125 and the money line for the under on BETUS is -105. Collin Sexton will get his points tonight against a very weak Portland Trail Blazers defense. Portland is last in the NBA in assists per game at giving up 28.9 PPG.
Darius Garland: Over 24.5 PTS+ASTS: The money line for the over and under on BETUS is -115. This is another potential slam dunk pick for the night. Darius Garland is going to have a big night.
Darius Garland: Over 6.5 ASTS: The money line for this prop is +110 for the over and the money line for the under is -140. I feel like this is potentially free money because Darius Garland averages 7.5 APG so far this season and Portland is the worst team in the NBA defending assists.
Game 2: CHI vs PHI: Nikola Vucevic: Under 33.5 PTS+REBS+ASTS: The money line for the under and the over is -115. The Philadelphia 76ers are one of the better defensive teams in the NBA. Nikola Vucevic could be locked down by Joel Embiid all night long.
Zach LaVine: Over 33.5 PTS+REBS+ASTS: The money line for the under and the over is -115. LaVine is probably going to score 25 points alone in this basketball game. I expect him to get another five rebounds and four assists.
Lonzo Ball: Over 4.5 ASTS: The money line on BETUS for the over is -125 and the money line for the under is -105. Ball averages 4.4 assists per game, which is right around the mark. Philadelphia gives up the 22nd most assists per game in the NBA at 24.1.
Joel Embiid: Over 37.5 PTS+REBS: The over and the under money line here on BETUS is -115. Chicago is one of the better teams in the NBA defensively when it comes to points, but they are bottom 10 in rebounds per game. Chicago is ranked 23rd at giving up 47.1 RPG and Joel Embiid averages 8.7 RPG and will probably reach 10-15 rebounds tonight, to go along with 20-25 points scored.
Joel Embiid: Over 9.5 REBS: The over money line here is -135 and the under is +105. Joel Embiid is a very good rebounder with the Chicago Bulls not being good on the glass so far this season.
Tyrese Maxey: Over 19.5 PTS+ASTS: The over here is -120 and the under money line here is -110. Maxey averages 14.0 PPG and also averages 4.0 APG. I could see him having 18 points and five assists tonight.
Game 3: NYK vs IND: There we no player props listed on BETUS at the moment. The money line for the New York Knicks and the Indiana Pacers to score first is -115 on BETUS. The New York Knicks will score first in this basketball game.
Game 4: ATL vs BKN: Trae Young: Over 37.5 PTS+REBS+ASTS: The money line for the over and the under here is -115 on BETUS. I just have a gut feeling Trae Young will go over tonight.
Clint Capela: Over 12.5 REBS: The over money line is -110 and the under money line is -120 on BETUS. Clint Capela averages 10.7 RPG. The Brooklyn Nets give up 46.7 RPG, which is ranked 19th in the NBA.
DeAndre Hunter: Over 16.5 PTS+REBS+ASTS: The over and under money line here is -115 on BETUS. If Trae Young, Bogdan Bogdanovic, or John Collins are held out tonight due to injury for the Atlanta Hawks, I love this prop for De’Andre Hunter. Hunter would see a lot of playtime. He averages 10.7 PPG, 2.8 RPG, and 0.5 APG, but his numbers would go up for tonight’s game.
Kevin Durant: Under 36.5 PTS+REBS: The under money line on BETUS is -110 and the over money line is -120. Kevin Durant will score his points, but I don’t think he is going to grab enough rebounds to reach over this total mark.
Kevin Durant: Double-Double: Yes: The money line for the yes double-double at +130 is definitely worth the risk. The money line for the no double-double on BETUS is -170. Remember, just because I went under 36.5 PTS+REBS on the previous prop doesn’t necessarily mean he can still only score 20 points and grab 10 rebounds.
James Harden: Over 29.5 PTS+ASTS: The over money line on BETUS is -120 and the under money line on BETUS is -110. James Harden will probably score 25 points tonight and probably record five assists. He does only average 18.6 PPG and 8.6 APG, but we all James Harden is a high-profile caliber NBA player.
Game 5: CHA vs GSW: Miles Bridges: Over 29.5 PTS+REBS+ASTS: The over and under money line here is -115 on BETUS. Miles Bridges is having a career season so far. The Golden State Warriors defense is good, but Bridges is balling out right now.
LaMelo Ball: Over 5.5 ASTS: The money line for the over is -120 and the money line for the under is -110. LaMelo Ball averages 6.1 APG so far this season for the Charlotte Hornets. The Golden State Warriors do give up the ninth fewest assists in the NBA at 21.5, but Ball will still get his share so don’t overlook it.
LaMelo Ball: Over 1.5 STLS+BLKS: The money live for the over is -175 and the under money line is +145. This is another gut feeling pick.
Stephen Curry: Over 32.5 PTS: The money line for the over and the under is -115 on BETUS. The Charlotte Hornets give up the second-most points in the NBA at 115 PPG. Stephen Curry plays much better at home than he does on the road.
Stephen Curry: Over 5.5 ASTS: The over on BETUS is -140 and the under is +110. The Charlotte Hornets give up 25.3 APG.
Draymond Green: Under 17.5 REBS+ASTS: The under on this prop on BETUS is -110 over on this prop is a money line of -120 on BETUS. Draymond Green is a good rebounder and passer, but I feel like he won’t reach the 10 rebounds and eight assists threshold tonight.
