Jacksonville Jaguars cornerback Jalen Ramsey wants out of Jacksonville. He got into a heated argument with Head Coach Doug Marrone on Sunday in a 13-12 loss on the road against the Houston Texans. Jacksonville is 0-2 to start the season and it appears as if they are heading south again this season.
The Jaguars will have a game at home on Thursday night against the Tennessee Titans (1-1). It will be interesting to see whether or not Ramsey suits up for that game. He most likely will suit up unless he is traded before then.
The NFL Trade Deadline is not until Tuesday October 29 at 4 p.m. According to ESPN's Diannna Russini on Twitter, she tweeted that "There are teams interested in trading with the Jacksonville Jaguars for Jalen Ramsey. This is what I am told has been offered so far: a 1st in 2020 & 5th in 2021 from an NFC Team and a 1st in 2020 & a player from an AFC Team.
If I had to guess, the NFC team happens to be the Philadelphia Eagles and the AFC team happens to be the Kansas City Chiefs.
A couple of other teams that could trade for him is the Minnesota Vikings, the Detroit Lions, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the New England Patriots, the Baltimore Ravens, and the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Ramsey is a man-to-man corner and he is also very physical. He was the fifth-overall pick in the 2016 NFL Draft by the Jacksonville Jaguars.
In two games so far this season, Jalen Ramsey has nine tackles and one pass deflection. In 50 games in his career so far, Ramsey has 45 pass deflections, nine interceptions, one touchdown, one forced fumble, 202 tackles, and six tackles for loss.
