We are gonna get real live baseball games starting tomorrow. The KBO (Korean Baseball Organization) has made a deal with ESPN. The worldwide leader in sports will become the exclusive english language home for the KBO.

ESPN will televise South Korea's Korea Baseball Organization games during the upcoming 2020 season, starting with the league's opening day on Tuesday.

ESPN will become the KBO's exclusive English-language home as part of an agreement with Eclat Media Group announced Monday, and it will televise six regular-season games per week. -via ESPN

This is great! I mean, sure the games are going to be starting at 1 am, 4 am, and 5 am est, but who cares??? No really, who cares? I sure don't, because I can wake up and catch the last few innings of an actual baseball game. If you're on the west coast you can even see the beginning of some games.

At this point any sport that isn't a replay of the greatest games ever or video games is nice to have. The KBO is a good league too. If you've never seen it, let me just say get ready for some bat flips.

Don't believe me??

These guys take bat flips to an art form. They are things of beauty and are completely fair game in the KBO. For real, the MLB should loosen up and let guys start bat flipping left and right. This. This is the reason to get pumped for the KBO being on ESPN. Even if you miss the games, catch a Sports Center to see the highlights. The bat flips are going to make up the entire top ten countdown.

All in all, these games starting up and being televised is a step towards normalcy. We may not know the players or the teams, but we can quickly figure out our favorites and have rooting interests.

Lets go, or as they say in Korea "Gaja"!
