The guys this week have a short show that is packed with lots of stances. They first dive into the US Open where Jon Rahm took home his first major. The guys discuss his performance and the fact that they actually made decent picks for players that were going to be competitive.
Next, it’s all about the NBA. Greg and Paul take a look at the game 7s from over the weekend and the fact the Nets and Sixers were the losers of those games is shocking. What does the loss mean for the NBA and there ratings? What is going to happen with Ben Simmons? The guys then predict the Western and Eastern Conference winners.
Finally, the guys discuss the MLB and its beginning to crackdown on sticky stuff for MLB pitchers, plus David Ross benching Javier Baez of a simple fundamental mistake. Should more managers do this? A quick look at the Stanley Cup Playoffs.
The end of the show discusses the fact that the Harlem Globetrotters have sent a letter to the NBA asking to be considered as a new franchise if the NBA expands. Should they be considered? Would they relocate out of Harlem? Would new players be added and current removed? Things the guys ask, but mean nothing unless the NBA actually considers this thought.
That wraps it up until next time. As always don’t forget to like and subscribe to us and ALL the great shows at 12oz Sports!
