All-Star Weekend is over and now we can focus on the second half of the NBA season. Playoff races are heating up and the added intrigue of the play-in games involving the 7-10 seed will make for some exciting games. Blake Griffin signing with the Brooklyn Nets is likely to be the first of many moves before the trade deadline and subsequent buyout market. While things are sure to change, I layout my power rankings based on what we've seen in the first half of the season. Remember these rankings are more reactive than predictive, meaning this is based off what i've seen so far and not what I predict will happen.
