Canada’s easy World Juniors continues against Switzerland

We all knew who would win.

Canada crushed Switzerland 10-0 in their third straight win at the World Juniors on Tuesday.

Quinton Byfield had two goals and four assists while Jakob Pelletier scored twice. Connor McMichael, Dylan Cozens, Philip Tomasino, Ryan Suzuki, Cole Perfetti and Kaiden Guhle also scored for the red and white. Canadian goaltender Devon Levi posted a 15-save shutout.

Noah Patenaude made 42 saves in the loss.

Canada wraps up the preliminary round on NYE against Finland, which should be for top spot in Group A.

Puck drops at 4pm in Edmonton.
