12oz Sports is happy to announce the addition of The Rome Show, hosted by Andrew and Rocky Rome Thursday nights from 8-9pm.
Bio: Andrew Romanella
Current Sports Information Director and Baseball Coach at Fairleigh Dickinson University located in Madison, NJ. Andrew has been coaching baseball at the collegiate level for 7 years, and has spent time in professional baseball, as a bench coach for the Rockland Boulders in 2015,16,18 and 19 along with managing the New York Brave during the 2020 summer. He got his coaching start in 2014 as the Head Baseball Coach at Raritan Valley Community College, after 2-years there, spent time as an assistant coach at NCAA Division 3 Mount Saint Vincent and NCAA Division 2 St. Thomas Aquinas College (his alma mater). Along with working in college athletics, Andrew has hosted live radio shows and podcasts for over 3 years. Starting his own show called the DAAB Podcast in 2017, which led him to his current show, The Rome Show, which began in the summer of 2019. Andrew has also spent 7 years as a Division 2 Men’s and Women’s basketball color commentator at his alma mater. All-in-all, Andrew is no stranger to the airwaves, he has produced over 200 shows that can be heard wherever you listen to podcasts, called over 100 collegiate basketball games and spent time as a PA announcer for football, basketball and ice hockey. Andrew resides in Morristown, NJ and is the youngest of four siblings, one of which is partner on The Rome Show.
Bio: Rocky Romanella
Rocky is currently a District Manager at ADP and has been working there for over 5 years. Rocky spent time as a collegiate and travel hockey coach prior to joining ADP, Head Coaching at University of Delaware and holding positions as Assistant Coach at St. Michael’s College and Rutgers University. He was also a head coach and trainer for the New Jersey Hitmen, a junior hockey team based out of south jersey. Rocky began co-hosting the Rome Show in the winter of 2019, bringing a flare to the show that became a staple. Rocky brings great leadership knowledge and experience to the airwaves, helping engage the listeners beyond the simple X’s and O’s of the sports world. Rocky currently resides in Howell, NJ with his Wife, Jennifer and his two children Sofia and Rocco. Rocky has two older sisters and a younger brother, Andrew, who is the co-host of the Rome Show.
